The Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) is pleased to announce that Minol Shamreen 

with Studio M Designs, Austin, TX has been voted by the members of the Real Estate Staging Association as Top 10 in the Vacant Home Staging Category  and Top 10 in the Occupied Home Staging Category

 The RESA® Home Staging Industry Awards are the leading awards honoring real estate staging mastery. Established in 2008, each year top producing stagers are recognized for their professional excellence and superior skills in the art of home staging and re-design. Adjusting to substantial industry growth, RESA also honors home staging professionals who have contributed to the industry. 

RESA just announced the results of nationwide voting by its members to elect their National Board of Directors.  Our founder & creative director - Minol Shamreen is one of the 3 new directors to be on the board for a 3-year term starting 2021.

Minol - our Founder & Creative Director,  won the 2020 Texas State RESA ( Real Estate Staging Association ) Leadership role in the statewide elections held in September - October 2019. 

She serves as the new 2020 Texas State President for RESA.

Minol was nominated by her Home Staging peers for the 2017 Top Vacant Stage of the Year National Award.  She went on to win the Top 10 Professional Stager of the Year award at the HSRA Summit held in Dallas, Texas.

Minol has served on the Real Estate Staging Association -  Central Texas ( Austin ) Chapter's Leadership Board since 2016 on various executive positions. She advocates  local trade partnerships & best practices. She strives to bring value to the members of the local staging community through educational programs at their monthly meetings.
