We conduct a thorough evaluation of every room in the house and propose improvements , changes & upgrades with an emphasis to make the most out of what you have.

Staging Plan / Report
This can be an add-on service to the Home Staging Consultations offered. A detailed 10 - 20 page , ( image filled ) Action Plan or a report is sent electronically within 24-48 biz hours.
This works as an itemized checklist of things that need to get done to transform the property yourself.
Finishing Touch Service
A perfect add-on or stand-alone service to make the best first impression. We come in and begin transforming the home starting with the most important areas. Working with a combination of what the client already owns and our own staging accessories, we add the perfect finishing touch to the property.
Shop for Staging - Occupied Properties
An add-on service to the home staging consult.
When what you already have doesn't work to create an updated and ' designer ' look , we suggest shopping for accessories, art & furniture to stage the home. We work off of a pre-decided list & budget.
