Meet Minol Shamreen ...
Minol Shamreen is the Founder & Creative Director of Studio M Designs, the award-winning Luxury Interior Design & Home Staging firm serving the Austin area in Texas and the San Francisco Bay Area in California.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & over 20 years in the Interior Design industry, she provides excellence in the staging & styling services she offers. Her work & interviews have been regularly featured in some of the top design & real estate publications that include Apartment Therapy , Fixr.com and Realtor.com.
She has been consistently nominated by her peers for the Most Influential Person in the Real Estate Staging Industry award for a few years now. She has also been nominated for one of the most prestigious awards - The Kathy Nielson Spirit Award which focuses on her unwavering dedication & significant contributions to the staging industry.
Minol is a Certified Professional Home Stager and has served as the Director on the National Board for the Real Estate Staging Association ( RESA ) , the 2020 RESA Texas State President, 2019 RESA Austin-Central TX Chapter President & has been on their executive board for 4 years. Her customized home staging solutions, whether it’s an Urban 600 sq.ft. downtown Condo or a Traditional 9000 sq. ft. Luxury home, have consistently aided in Faster Sales & brought in Top Dollar.
The mantra she follows as an Interior Designer is that a client’s home should be an expression of who they are. The inspiration for her design projects typically stems from the client’s wish list & desires … because she believes that it is their story that she brings to life!
On a lighter note: She is a self-proclaimed design addict, her favorite hobby is baking desserts, and she loves traveling with her family.
Fun Fact: She is also a Certified Happiness Life Coach!
Rachel Isaak - Our Staging & Design Assistant
Rachel is a graduate of Texas State University with degrees in Interior Design and Mass Communication-Advertising. After college, she worked on several residential & commercial interior design projects in the Austin area. She is a certified Professional Organizer and member of ASPO. Rachel is also currently pursuing a Professional Home Stager and ReDesigner certification and is a member of RESA.
In her free time Rachel loves spending time with her family and friends, working on craft projects and cheering her 5 kids on and off the field.
Her love for the design combined with a strong work ethic makes her an incredibly awesome part of our team here at Studio M Designs.
Laura Coe - Our Staging Consultant
Laura started her staging and design journey in 2013 after being Certified as a Professional Home Stager & Redesigner by HSR.
She has always had a passion to create interiors that owners love and buyers want. She comes from a family of artists, builders & real estate investors. Helping people prepare their homes for a sale or a flip & helping people make the most of their real estate's potential is what she enjoys the most.
Laura's hobbies include going to sports events, traveling, and spending lots of time with her family & friends. Having her on our team at Studio M Designs is fantastic thanks to her passion for staging, dedication, and fun personality.
