Our Online Home Staging Consultation service offers you the same level of expert advice from our award winning Professional Home Stager Minol Shamreen as you would get during an in-person consultation with her. For this streamlined virtual staging service, we use emails , photo-sharing & video calls.

After the intial Discovery ( phone ) Call, What we typically request from clients:

Filled out E-Staging Questionnaire ( if required )
Photographs of the property : Detailed instructions will be given for this step
Measurements ( if required )

What the Client gets:

A detailed Staging Action Plan / Report specific to the property that may include furniture layout changes, paint color suggestions etc, De-Cluttering & Organization suggestions etc.
List of Items to buy like rug, pillows , bedspread etc ( if required )
30 minute Phone Call / Video Call with our Pro Home Stager & Stylist Minol Shamreen after the client has completed all the staging prep & the work recommended in the action plan.

We meet online & virtually walk-through your house with you. Preliminary staging recommendations will be given to give you a headstart.

A step-by-step Action Plan will be emailed to you that will walk you through the entire process to get your home show-ready for top dollar & a faster sale !
